Lexi Winter Smith

Attorney

Lexi Smith graduated summa cum laude from Stephen F. Austin State University and attended Baylor Law School on a full-tuition scholarship.

During law school, Lexi served as a legal intern at the Texas Supreme Court in the chambers of Justice Jimmy Blacklock. Lexi also worked in the Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs and the First Liberty Institute. Lexi is distinguished as a Blackstone Fellow.

Before joining Iglesias, PLLC, Lexi served as a prosecutor at the Smith County District Attorney’s Office for nearly three years. This experience in both misdemeanor and felony prosecution equipped Lexi with a wealth of trial experience.

Lexi currently serves as the Chair for the Tyler Liberty Leadership Council, an organization sponsored by the Texas Public Policy Foundation. Outside the office, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
