The Iglesias Law Firm has served as lead counsel in dozens of appeals – from state appellate courts to filing briefs on behalf of our clients in the United States Supreme Court.
David Iglesias has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit five times. Moreover, he has presented oral argument to the sitting en banc, where all of the Court’s judges consider the case at once.
