Maria Ray

Paralegal

Maria Ray has been a paralegal since 2011, and she has been with Iglesias Law Firm from the very beginning. Maria has broad experience in federal and state litigation, trial preparation, the appellate process, employment matters, and assisting in the defense of governmental entities. Maria earned an associate degree in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Tyler Junior College in 2011. Her experiences working for a local sheriff's office are also a great benefit to our team.

Among many other duties, Maria is always available to investigate and research cases, summarize and prepare reports, and interface with clients. Around the firm, Maria is known for her problem-solving abilities, her efficiency, and her expert spreadsheets! She is the first person to whom other paralegals and legal assistants seek out for help with complicated matters, and her attention to detail makes her a valuable part of our team.
