Stephanie Ernst

Attorney

Stephanie Ernst leads the Dallas office of Iglesias Law Firm.  Prior to joining ILF, Stephanie worked for several law firms and served as an Assistant District Attorney for Dallas County.  As an Assistant District Attorney, Stephanie tried scores of jury and bench trials.

Her diverse civil and criminal experience allow her to offer a unique blend of research and writing skills, a deep understanding of the discovery process, experience with every stage of a case, and an ability to comfortably persuade attorneys, jurors, and judges in and out of a courtroom. 

Stephanie represents our clients in government litigation and appellate cases.  She has conducted critical legal research and analysis, and she has prepared and presented numerous dispositive motions in various courts. 

Stephanie has deposed dozens of critical witnesses in multimillion-dollar disputes, prepared and presented arguments at high-stakes mediations, and independently represented defendants in numerous trials.  Stephanie’s trial expertise makes her a valuable asset to Iglesias Law Firm.
